Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Frank Overton at Adcock Park, between 6.00 and 7.30pm for ages 12 and up. Frank is a level 4 ATFCA coach specialising in walks, distance, sprints, long and triple jumps.
Training with Kevin and Kirsty is Tuesday between 3.30 and 5.30pm for all age groups.
Registration days for this season are as follows:-
Friday 11th September 2009 6pm to 8pm at Adcock Park West Gosford.
Friday 18th September 2009 6pm to 8pm at Adcock Park West Gosford.
Cost is $110 for the first child and $85 for the second and $80 for the third child. Any subsequent children in the same family are free. We do not have credit card facilities so please pay by way of cash or cheque. New registrations require ID for their child in form of birth certificate, blue medical book, passport etc.
We currently do not have a link page for on line registration but if you go to LAANSW website and go to their registration section, find Gosford and follow the steps. Please bring a copy of the invoice or receipt when you attend our Centre as we will need a copy for our records.
