2009-10 Training Schedule

Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Frank Overton at Adcock Park, between 6.00 and 7.30pm for ages 12 and up. Frank is a level 4 ATFCA coach specialising in walks, distance, sprints, long and triple jumps.

Training with Kevin and Kirsty is Tuesday between 3.30 and 5.30pm for all age groups.

When
Gosford Little Athletics compete on a Friday night with a warm up at 5.45pm for all our athletes, starting promptly at 6.00pm. Age groups finish the night at different time depending upon the number of events they compete in and the size of their age group. Generally, the younger age groups finish earlier as they compete in less events. All competition is completed by 9.00pm
