Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Frank Overton at Adcock Park, between 6.00 and 7.30pm for ages 12 and up. Frank is a level 4 ATFCA coach specialising in walks, distance, sprints, long and triple jumps.
Training with Kevin and Kirsty is Tuesday between 3.30 and 5.30pm for all age groups.
First Call 5.45pm, competition will commence at 6.00pm. Please be warmed up.
State / Regional Championships and Special Events: We will be required to provide officials at various championships throughout the season .All clubs are designated events to officiate at. Rosters will be drawn up of families in attendance. If you child goes to zone or regional then you will expected to help out.
Gala Days, Multi’s and Carnivals (Check Notice Board for dates, venues etc): Most gala days are open to all little athletes. Usually, you must enter about a week prior to the competition. Phone numbers have been provided for these occurrences. For more information see the notice board. We encourage involvement in these events the athletes have a wonderful time competing.
